Charles
Edward Lincoln, III, was born May 10, 1960 to Alice
Eugenie née
Meyer and
Charles Edward II in East Texas.
The
marriage broke down within the first few years and due to the
inattention of his mother, who had taken little Charles with her to
London when he was six months of age, to the duties of raising a
child.
Highly
educated, Alice Eugenie, preferred intellectual pursuits.
Charles,
then six, was transferred to the guardianship of his maternal
grandparents,
Helen Eugenie and Alphonse Bernhard Meyer, discovering their grandson
had been left in London with a nanny as their daughter traveled, flew
to London, accompanied by the family butler, Kermit, and retrieved
him.
Charles'
grandparents were wealthy and lived in Highland Park, Dallas Texas,
not far from the Dallas Country Club. Charles attended John S.
Armstrong
Elementary School
and was a choirboy at an Episcopal Church, the Church
of the Incarnation
in Dallas.
When
the Armstrong School proves to be unsatisfactory to Charles his Aunt
Mildred, who worked there, suggested he try St.
Mark's School.
This also failed to be just what Charles needed.
From
CEL3
site:
“my
grandparents' parties, in their "main hall" (the functional
equivalent of what other folks might call the "living room"
except with Cathedral Ceilings, Stain Glass Windows, Chinese
porcelains, a grand piano in an alcove to the side, and a 30 foot
fireplace made of very unusual blue-veined stone.
My
grandmother said the chimey-stones were a special copper oxide rock
from Brazil. The stain glass windows were made in and imported
from Czechoslovakia before Anschluss in the 1930s. The Chinese
porcelains, bronzes, and paintings were 16th-19th century, "nothing
really old by Chinese standards" as my Aunt Mildred used to say.
We had some cousins who were missionaries in China and others
who ran a newspaper/magazine in Shang-Hai before the War---they knew
the real "Captain John Birch" after whom the Society was
named and everybody was very proud of that).
Kermit
mixed drinks (and taught me how to mix them starting at age 7 since I
was happier hanging out with him than in the parties where everyone
admired me and complemented my grandparents about "what a little
gentleman" I was. The sweet and gentle Ella May, the
stronger and tougher Billie, and everybody's boss Binnie (until she
died at 98) prepared the dinners and served the hors d'oeuvres.
Alphonse
Meyer was a defense contractor.
A
highly intelligent child who was also disinclined to the discipline
and routine of school, his grandparents allowed Charles to finish
high school in Los Angeles, beginning in 1971, at the less structured
Hollywood
Professional School.
Charles
finished high school in 1974 and his grandparents deemed him too
young to start college until he was fifteen. Therefore, he spent the
balance of 1974 – 1975 traveling with his grandfather as they
visited places where Alphonse was doing business. These places
included Alaska where Alphonse was involved with construction on the
Trans-Alaska Pipeline.
Charles
joined Young Republicans in 1976 and attended his first Republican
National Convention that same year in Kansas City, Missouri.
By
1977 Charles had dropped his membership in the YR and was focused on
archaeological studies for Puerco River & Salmon Ruins. He
spent a year in Honduras from 1977 – 1978, turning 18 while
resident there.
On
February 18, 1980 Alphonse Meyer, Charles' grandfather died.
Charles graduated from Tulane on May 11th
, a Phi Beta Kappa, Magna cum Laude, and soloist at the ceremony of
graduation.
Accepted
at Harvard, he began work there for an advanced degree in
Anthropology and History in September. Charles received his Master's
Degree in June, 1982 and participated in the Chichen Itza Project:
1982 – 1987, sponsored by the National Geographic Society, Harvard
Peabody and Bowditch funds, James A. Michener, Zemurray
Foundation of New Orleans, and his grandmother.
It
was in Merida, Yucatan in 1985 Charles that met Elena, who he would
marry in Athens in 1990. Elena was in Yucatan doing research for her
Master's Thesis on the Xkichmul Project.
Today
Elena Lincoln is better known as the character in “Fifty
Shades of Grey,”
for which her life served as the model.
Charles
changed careers and returned to school to study law at the University
of Chicago, School of Law in September of 1987, interrupting study
there to take a Reinhardt Externship from 1987 through 1988 and
finishing his Ph.D. In Anthropology and History through Harvard in
1990.
During
this time he was studying at the University of Bonn, 1989 – 1990.
Lincoln
returned to Chicago to finish his degree in law in September, 1990
and while there
was
elected President of Environ-mental Law Society: 1990-1991, Chairing
a Year Long Colloquium on Oil Spills.
Lincoln
received his J.D. From Chicago School of Law in 1993 with Judge Diane
P. Wood, Law School as his Advisor.
With
his wife he then relocated to Florida and passed the Florida Bar in
July. Their son, Charles Edward Lincoln, IV, was born on August 23,
during Hurricane Andrew in Palm Beach. The same year, 1992 and
continuing to 1994, Lincoln did a Judicial Clerkship under Kenneth L.
Ryskamp, U.S.D.C. Southern District of Florida.
From
there, Lincoln and family moved to New York City to work for
Cadwalader,
Wickersham & Taft.
There, he wrote a 500 page Memorandum against Securitization of
Mortgage & Taft Notes. Soon afterward, and immediately following
an extended debate C.W.T. Senior Partners, with Lincoln's
association with the firm was terminated. with.
Last
year an article by Melinda Pillsbury-Foster, titled, The
Foreclosure Meltdown Was Planned – A Whistle Blower Speaks Out,
was
written which included more details on what on Lincoln's time at CWT.
In
1994 he passed the California Bar, the Bar for Texas, moving to Lago
Vista, Texas and beginning a practice in law.
In
1995 Charles and Elena separated. Their son, Charles IV, had just
turned three.
It
is during the period of his law practice that Lincoln's unusual
behavior begins to impact him in multiple ways, several of these
related to his marital problems.
During
his practice in Texas Lincoln filed a civil rights complaint in 1996,
then moving to Galveston that same year. Here, he filed a series of
seven civil rights complaints and was banned from Federal Court in
Austin in 1998.
Moving
to New Orleans in 1998, the Fifth Circuit Reversed in his clients'
favor in
Atwater
v. Lago Vista:
1999 in New Orleans.
On
December 7, 1999, Lincoln was indicted in Austin. On New Year's Day
in New Orleans he accepted a Plea Bargain, resigning from the State
Bar in August of the same year.
Returning
to Harvard September and October of 2000 he began planning an
archaeological project in Sinai, Egypt in Wadi al Arish. To advance
this he traveled to Cairo on October 15, 2000 (October 15) to plan an
archaeological project.
There,
he met with Chairman of Supreme Council on Antiquities---Zahi Hawass
but on November 30th
was mugged at the Marriot Hotel while walking in the gardens there.
This resulted in a head injury, requiring surgery which took place at
the Anglo-American Hospital
in Cairo. He remained in the hospital there until December 16.
Released,
he traveled to London for Christmas and returned home to Dallas on
January 4th
to
convalesce, remaining there until May. During this time Douglas
Bradley Vogt, Sponsor of Sinai Project, refused to extend or Renew
his Project, Predicting War in the Middle East and an attack
on American in 2001.
On
May 23, 2001, Charles' mother, Alice Eugenie Lincoln, had him removed
from the place which
had always been his home, his grandparents house in Highland Park.
He was briefly incarcerated and so was not there when his
grandmother, Helen Eugenie Meyer, died at age 101 on May 26, 2001.
As
told by Lincoln, this happened because Helen Eugenie and Alphonse,
his grandparents, having raised him, choose to name is as an heir
with equal standing with their daughter, Alice Eugenie. A sharing of
these assets would have still left Alice a wealthy woman, but by
destroying the unprobated will she could come away with all the
assets.
This, Lincoln asserts, is exactly what she did with the aid
and assistance of highly connected individuals who had their own
reasons for wanting Charles silenced. Soon afterward Charles' life
took several turns which radically changed what was possible for him.
He
and his estranged wife, Elena
were briefly reunited, this lasting from June
2001 to July 2002. This reunion ended when Elena threatened to kill
their son. Charles received sole physical custody of the boy in
August 2002.
For
the purposes of this site we present some theories which have been
suggested to explain the changes in life direction which are
exhibited by Charles Lincoln.
Theories
CWT
could have decided to go after Lincoln, realizing he was a threat to
their ongoing scheme to bring on a meltdown of mortgages in America.
The actions taken to enable this also included the installation of
MERS, which violates the long standing previous practices for
recording title to land.
The
brain injury suffered by Lincoln could have been the cause of the
change in his behavior or contributed to these changes.
Elena Lincoln looks like this |
Any work which generates enough interest to have its own Wiki must raise eyebrows, but sex is endlessly fascinating to people and this aspect of Elena's persona could not help but draw its own audience.
Tryouts for the movie have drawn beautiful blond women with talent into competition for who will become the image of Elena on the screen. It could be the predatory and promising look in her eyes - or it could be the pheromones generated when she walks into the room. But whatever it is, she has it.
Marriage
to Elena could also have changed Charles' sexual predilections in ways a
lower income could not well support.
Charles Lincoln |
These
could have represented severe blows to Lincoln's self image from which he continues to react.
The
theories above could explain what happened in the life of Charles
Lincoln and why his outside the law legal practices caused so many
problems for people who trusted him.
In
a very short period of time his financial resources imploded while at
the same time his life style and expectations remained.
The
balance of the story will be told using links to existing sites, and
narrative where there are gaps in the story, to provide the reader
with insights into Lincoln's activities to present day.
