The Evolution of Law and Legal Process since 1945---Did the Nuremberg Trials Set the Fundamental Precedent for Family Law, Mortgage Foreclosure, and even many aspects of criminal law….

This 20 minute video from France raises, at least in my mind, this fundamental question and thus is well worth listening to, even if you have absolutely NO interest in debating the historical details of the Holocaust.  The English subtitles are excellent and accurate.  But, if you're willing, try to substitute the phrases and principles of "Family Law", "division of property," and above all "child custody into this text, and you will find that the American Courts apply "Nuremberg Laws" (not requiring proof according to the rules of evidence, allowing hearsay and commonly held opinion as evidence) as a routine matter.

The "QPC" (Priority Question of Constitutionality) is a French Procedural Motion ultimately derived from the early 19th Century Creole Hispanic-Yucatec (Mexican) "Petition for Writ of Amparo" which I have been advocating needs to be adopted, formally, here in the United States.  There is NO direct equivalent here in the United States but a "Collateral Attack" can be formulated on these principles.

Come to think of it, it seems that such "due process" as is ordinarily afforded mortgage foreclosure cases is also administered according to the "Nuremberg Laws" as described by Robert Faurisson.

We need to have the courage to challenge the basic constitutionality of the laws that are being applied to us.  And not only in court, but publicly and through political process….  Focusing on the "cosmically" trivial details of our own petty individual cases in courts which do not feel bound even by the rules of evidence is ultimately pointless and doomed to failure.
