Subject: The situation here PLUS Barry Frost---$645 is enough for me to move out, but not into anyplace new.

Dear Michael:
Friday was only yesterday, but it seems so long ago.
I thought the bad news we were going to have to worry about yesterday was Barry Frost's intense hostility to the work I've been doing with you and the fact that he
(1)    doesn't want to read my letters to you and threatens to charge you a great deal for reading and evaluating them,
(2)    he says, almost insanely to my perspective, that mortgages can never be extinguished, even by statutes of limitations or breaking the secured chain by a transfer which severs the security from the contract (like your transfer to me)
(3)    I think Barry is going to try to drive a wedge between us because he, like most lawyers, feels he has to uphold the banking system as it related to credit origination, assignment, and enforcement.  In short, either directly or indirectly, Barry appears to favor the Banks over you, and he does not want to work closely with me.
(4)   So we need to talk about all this.
BUT OF COURSE, THAT CALL HAPPENED FRIDAY MORNING.
Friday evening, the real drama started with James Peppersack (yes, that apparently really is his name, I'm not kidding).
$Your $645 was a great start, and it is enough for me to move out---but NO ENOUGH FOR ME TO MOVE ANYWHERE.
I know you said you had to pay your cousin back immediately---but…. HE couldn't wait until the Tree Farm sells since HE won't be living on the Streets of New Orleans on Monday afternoon?
I have asked James Peppersack for an extension of time until Friday---I have no idea whether I will get it or not.
Please see what else might be possible during this horrible emergency.
I don't even have enough money to file suit unless I use up all your $645---and that seems like it would be a very bad idea….(using up all the money would be a bad idea, I wouldn't mind filing suit---because I honestly don't think that Dennis Hilton has ANYTHING to do with this).
SO PLEASE SEE IF YOU CAN SCROUNGE AROUND FOR SOME MORE….
IF your Tree Farm Sale is approved on Wednesday---how soon do you think the tree farm sale will close?????
