Dear Alan Martin:
We had a contract, you breached. You left me high and dry for sadistic fun and laughs. You coordinated with Mastoris and Overcash. Don't play dumb with me and try to deny what is obvious from the face of your complaint.
And exactly whose directions do you claim to have followed? Certainly NOT MINE.
Your refusal to do anything I suggested made it well nigh impossible to help you even without your callousness and ultimate btrach refusal to pay as you had promised, even in June.
As bad as my situation here was back in March-April-May, we still had a viable agreement until in June you refused to pay and decided to file suit to rescind yhat contract. You think you are real smart, but just filed the wrong claim in the wrong court.
I dealt with you always in good faith and I always told you the truth about my intentions, ability, background, qualifications and that I was not and never had been licensed to practice law in New Jersey. You are obviously engaged in a coordinated plan of slander and defamation. It's your facts that are "grossly inaccurate."
So: ARE you willing to take this to the right court or not? That is the question.
